  9. Interesting, I know someone that did the 6 x 20min naps, He said when nap time came around it didn't matter what else was happening he couldn't stay awake.

  13. This is interesting. I'm kind of attempting to quit cigs, and every now and then, I have slept with a nicotine patch on. This causes weird dreams, which can be kewl tho. Wonder if this dream sleep is actually REM sleep? For that matter, when I don't take my mind drugs at night, I dream all friggin night. Would this be complete REM sleep that I could actually survive on, I wonder? Very interesting, indeed. Thanks for sharing this.
